Will I be paid?
The Commercial Factory pays all actors a rate of $25/ hour for non-speaking roles and $35/hour for speaking parts. Other production companies rates' are likely to differ, however.

Great! So when do I start?
Depending on the season, commercials can be produced on a daily basis and require a lot of local talent. Once you register with LethbridgeCasting.com you may be cast in a commercial immediately, or you may not. By making yourself known, your odds of being involved in local productions can only increase.

If you are chosen for a role we will provide you with all the details you will require to be prepared for the job. A discussion of the wardrobe, location and any special requirements will take place well in advance of the shoot date.
So I'm signing my life away. Who sees the information I submit?
The content of the database in LethbridgeCasting.com will be used by producers at The Commercial Factory to locate people interested in appearing in local commercials. This website will also be made available to out of market talent agencies that may be casting for a productions in this area.
I just got a new haircut. Now can I be on TV?
When you register you will create a username and password. With this you can return and update anything about yourself including a different photograph.

So Men's Health passed on that cover shot of your abs last month? Don't worry. The truth is that television advertising will call on talent of all shapes, sizes, ages, and styles at one point or another.
If you don't consider yourself 'typical' of the kinds of people you see on television, then all the more reason to sign up. When it happens that a production requires someone with your profile, the odds are that there will be far fewer candidates for producers to choose between.
